Fried Fish (Swai)


Ingredients: 

10-12 pieces of Swai Fish1 TBS. Lemon Pepper Seasoning1 TBS. Old Bay Seasoning1/2 TSP. Blackend Seasoning3 C. Yellow Cornmeal1 C. All Purpose Flour2 C. Vegetable Oil



Directions: 



  1. Add Vegetable Oil to a skillet. Heat Oil to 350ยบ 
  2. Combine Corn Meal, Old Bay, Flour and Blackening Seasoning to a ziplock bag.
  3. Clean the fish in cold water. Pat the fish slightly dry with a paper towel.
  4. Add 2-3 pieces of fish in the ziplock bag, and shake; evenly coat the fish.
  5. Shake the excess of Corn Meal off the fish.
  6. Place fish in the pan, do not over crowd the pan.
  7. Cook fish on both sides for 5 minutes per side.
  8. Remove fish once the fish is golden brown.
  9. Place fish on a baking rack to drain the oil.
  10. Repeat Steps 4 - 9.
  11. After, the fish has drained for 5 minutes place fish on a paper towel.
  12. Cool fish! Enjoy!
