Cheetos Mac & Cheesesteak

" So cheesy and crunchy!"



My neighbor gave my husband a trash bag full of Cheetos; but, I got tired of eating them plain. So I came up with this dish, and my family loved it.! xoxo🍋

Cheetos Mac & Cheesesteak

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time:30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 6 oz white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup  parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cup of habanero shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic pepper seasoning
  • 3 sm. bags of cheetos ( crushed)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup of margarine
  • Salt and  Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 box Cellentani pasta
  • 7 cups boiling water(salted)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 450℉
  2. Melt the Margarine in a skillet.
  3. Add the steak, cook until brown. Remove the steak from pan.Don’t drain the juices!!!
  4. In the pot of boiling water, add the pasta and broccoli. (Cook for 8 minutes or until pasta is Al’dente) Drain!
  5. In the skillet stir in the flour, garlic and milk. Let it cook for 5 minutes to thicken. Turn it off, now it’s time to add all the cheese except the parmesan.
  6. Add the chive to the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine the steak, broccoli and cheese mixture.
  8. Spray cast Iron skillet with cooking spray. Pour steak mixture into the skillet.
  9. Top the steak with the cheetos and parmesan cheese
  10. Bake for 10 minutes, then garnish with chives.
  11. Serve.
